FORD FOCUS DIESEL ESTATE 2008-2011
A very smart looking estate. Spacious, with not too many gizmos. Powerful 1800 turbo diesel gives comfortable drive. No aches after longer drives in France. Cruises with ease. This is the tenth Ford I have owned since 1959 and has to be the best. Now 70 K on the clock. No major faults nor minor even, to date. Best surprise was the power and capability of the engine. I cannot think of any bad features.

not been my favourite car to own
FORD FOCUS DIESEL ESTATE 2008-2011
Had a lot of issues with this car namely the DPF blocking up constantly and having to have a forced regeneration by the Dealers each time. Would probably say that its my fault that it has been driven around locally and not given a decent run when it should have. Wasn't told that it was the wrong car to buy for driving in urban areas. Won't make that mistake again. Also it is a bit underpowered with the 1.6 engine although it is economical. Otherwise it has been a great car to drive and very useful for transporting large items around in the back and a couple of dogs.

FORD FOCUS DIESEL ESTATE 2008-2011
take the car for a test drive implimenting the turbo (above 3k revs) until the engine temp reaches half way on scale and then see what happens to the fault lights and the exicution of limp mode! then u know that it is a faulty dpf
