VOLKSWAGEN GOLF HATCHBACK 2013-onwards
I bit the bullet and decided to go for a Golf R. I have not regretted it ever since! It really has been the best car I have owned and is a superb all rounder!

Golf Gti 2.0
VOLKSWAGEN GOLF HATCHBACK 2013-onwards
I previously had the gtd but since I only do around 6000 miles a year I decided on the petrol version. A car I can find no faults with at all

Amazing car
VOLKSWAGEN GOLF HATCHBACK 2013-onwards
This car just does everything well - very well. Amazing performance and handling without an uncomfortable ride (I would get the adjustable suspension extra). DSG gearbox is a joy to use. Seats are comfortable and supportive - you can drive this all day (I have done this many times) and still not feel tired. Good luggage space (not quite as much as other Golfs, because of the 4 wheel drive). Really nice finish, inside and out. After 12 months and 14k miles (all kinds of roads, including two continental trips through the Alps - especially good for Alpine passes), I still cannot fault this car.

It is just excellent at everything. Performance, handling, comfort, space, finish all excellent. After 12 months and 14k miles, no problem and averaging just under 40 mpg.

Brilliant car
VOLKSWAGEN GOLF HATCHBACK 2013-onwards
It is difficult to think of anything bad concerning this car. It just does everything so well. It way be the fastest Golf sold by VW, but it is also surprisingly well behaved when being used for everyday purposes. It is equally good on really long drives, such as from the west of Wales to Florence. Motorways, Autobahn, Alpine passes, cities and country roads, it just makes it easy to deal with them all without getting tired.

I love this car never has let me down never had any problems with it very comfy looks great sound system is good as standard the only thing I would say as a bad bit is the fuel cost but this dose not help with all the raises from them but it will not stop me from changing the car what so ever so over all love it love it love it

I have done 4700 miles so far with average fuel consumption Always around 100 mpg. This is a good quality car very comfortable quite an if required do be sporty. Relaxing to drive depending on your moods. Plug in at night costs about 30p depending on your electric tarrif. No faults so far. Last fuel tank we have averaged 167 mpg overall around 147 mostly to an from work 12 miles + running kids around. A good every day car that does it all an is excellent for those long runs if needed comfortable with no range anguish. Well built as golf are on battery you can expect to get 23 + in colder weather or just put in hybrid an still get high 90s mph if driven correctly ushering all the features the car gives when in B mode the brake peddle almost becomes redundant. Best economical car I have owned so far.
