Do not buy as customer service is terrible
FORD MUSTANG CONVERTIBLE 2015-onwards
My mustang has now had a manufacture default since October 2017 that has still not been fixed, I have had a courtesy car from enterprise cars (ford s.max) for the past 6 weeks and have no time frame of when I will be even getting my mustang back. I am still paying monthly finance on the mustang when it is not even in my possession. I honestly think I have made the biggest mistake purchasing this car as this is also the 5th time it’s been in the garage for manufacture problems including (engine faults x2, puddle lamp faults, hand brake faults, window faults! The car has done approximately 11k miles and it has this many problems, and Ford customer service don’t give a flying f**k.
